Over the years I have been privately mentoring students who take real estate investing seriously and want to increase their knowledge. I currently do not charge for this, but I may in the future, so get it while it's hot!

In all seriousness it's a great way for me to give back and there's a side benefit for me as a private lender, as many of my students wind up needing funding for their deals. I also find that I learn a lot from the questions that my students ask. They push me to be better constantly.
